Was there always a restriction on those on which ships we could fit them on? If i dont remember correctly, you could fit them to all kinda ships... What happend?? And can this stupidity be reversed??

Just to ask... have anyone suggested a Device that can decloak ships? A pulse that goes through Space and decloaks anyone cloaked?? That might solve the afk cloakers problem, but im sure it will hurt the others that use cloaks to get away...
